Frost Form - Swiss Meringue Buttercream - Online Class - Jan 26th 7pm GMT
Learn how to Buttercream a cake to perfection in minutes using your Frost Form.
Where: This is an online class hosted in a private group on Facebook. You will have access to the class forever.
Duration: The class will take about 1-2 hours.
What you'll learn:
- How to make Swiss meringue buttercream from scratch and with you Cake Cream mix perfect everytime!
- Best way to colour your ganache.
- How to layer your cake with buttercream to create perfect even and straight layers
- How to ganache your cake in minutes using Frost Form everytime.
- How to remove your cake from you Frost Form and place onto a board ready to decorate !
Class Type: Emily will talk you through each step in detail and you can also create a cake alongside her or just watch and do it after in your own time, t's totally up to you! You will be able to re-watch the class for forever so there is no pressure.
During the class you will be able to ask questions live and Emily will answer and questions will be answered after the class also. The class will be taking place private group with you and your classmates so you can keep in touch and support and share with each other along your cake journey.
Teacher: Emily herself will teach you everything she knows and show you how to get flawless results Everytime.
When you place your order you will be sent an email with a link and Password to enter the Facebook group where the class will be held. Please join the group as soon you get your email. In the group you will find all the information on what you will need for the class etc. If you do not receive this email, please email email@example.com with your order number or details.
Important: If you wish to make a cake at the same time as the live class you will need to have a full Frost form kit and an extra large piping bag for the class. (18"-21" sized bag is recommended) please allow an appropriate amount of time depending where you are for the product to be shipped and arrive with you prior to the class. Shipping can take up to two weeks or more depending on where you are based, season and customs clearance.
You will also need ingredients and a prebaked sponge. We will send you a full list of ingredients and recipe for sponge cakes etc prior to the class. Alongside basic tools and equipment you should have at home.
