Customs & Import Duties
Most destinations have no customs fees applied to your order. For Canada and some Rest of World destinations, import duties may apply upon arrival. We recommend checking your local customs rules before placing an order to avoid any unexpected charges.

It is your responsibility to check your local customs regulations prior to ordering.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@frostform.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to our warehouse in Ireland. Address will be provided. Costs for shipping returns and customs or Duty fees are to be paid by the customer.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us with 7 days of receiving your order if the item(s) are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Frost Form is a patented cake decorating system that creates perfectly smooth, sharp-edged cakes without the need for traditional scraping techniques.
You stack your cake layers inside the kit, pipe or pour your frosting into the space between the liner and the cake, chill until set, then peel away the liner to reveal a flawless finish.

Buttercream works, and there are tested buttercream recipes and instructions on our recipes page. If you'd rather pour than pipe, the Mock Ganache is the most forgiving place to start.

I am impressed with this system of cake making. I used the cake form kit for the first time on the hottest day a couple of weeks ago for my daughters 40th birthday. All I can say is it is worth every penny the result was a beautifully finished decorated cake using the butter ganache recipe it was easy. Without this I am sure the cake would have been a disaster.

The moulds make cake preparation so much easier whenever I want to achieve perfectly symmetrical cakes with smooth, flawless finishes and sharp edges, especially on square cakes. Really great to use, easier and less time consuming
I thought it was a gimmick. I thought I was paying too much for a few bits of plastic. I was very wrong. These kits are excellent. I’m a good baker, but I was never great at decorating. These kits made it possible to make five colour themed cakes for my wedding. Game changer. Perfect finish. Popping some flowers on at the end brought it to life. Couldn’t be more impressed with the design and the directions which you have to follow carefully. Hardest one was the first one because the liner is a little out of shape and I found getting the crumb cutter off the filled cake was difficult but on the second cake a spray of cake release on the crumb cutter before assembly did the trick. These kits don’t bake your cake, ye have to be able to do that, but if you struggle with straight sides this is absolutely a professional result. So glad I invested. Brilliant.

I ordered the 8 inch frost form originally and made my son’s 40th birthday cake. It worked brilliantly and everyone commented how beautiful it was. This made me then ordered other sizes, now looking forward to making the grandchildren’s cakes.
Amazing results!! So easy to use, super easy to clean, perfect ombré butter ganache pour on my first try. I struggled previously with getting a straight multi layer cake, even just using the former to stack the cakes is is a game changer!
Made my decoration super easy
I thought this would be something else I would buy and it would end up in the charity shop I was so wrong Frost form really works the results are amazing I use the Swiss meringue buttercream recipe which is really easy to use I’ve not tried the ganache yet.
I’ve just been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis I have splints on both my hands right away my husband said you’ll not be able to do your cakes but I can with Frost Form as I don’t have to stand for hours smoothing icing it does it for me.
This is the 1st cake I made with Frost form after it was set I added chocolate to the side to give a different effect and on the top as this was the effect I wanted.
