Choosing a Ganache

Choosing a Ganache

We’ve created a comprehensive chart that highlights the differences and key properties of all our ganache recipes. Use it to find the perfect ganache for your needs!

What are Compound and Couverture Chocolates?

• Compound Chocolate: Made with vegetable fats instead of cocoa butter, making it a more affordable option.
• Couverture Chocolate: Made with cocoa butter, offering higher quality and richer flavor.

Always check the ingredients on your chocolate to know which type you’re using.

Hey,

We would advise making vegan buttercream. We have a great blog post on dairy free/ vegan recipes on our site which go through everything.

Is there an option for a buttercream / different pour option that doesn’t include chocolate? Needs to be egg free but my step mum doesn’t like chocolate so wondered what other options were out there?
