From the Former to the Liners to the Cutter, every part is chosen and tested to perform reliably over the long life of the product.
We stand behind that quality with a full 10-Year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
1. Coverage
Frost Form (“we,” “us,” or “our”) warrants that every Frost Form purchased directly from frostform.com or an authorized reseller will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use for a period of ten (10) years from the original date of purchase (the “Warranty Period”).
This warranty applies to the core components of the product, including the Former, Liners, and Cutter, when used as intended and cared for according to our guidelines.
This warranty is offered exclusively to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for any warranty claim.
2. What This Warranty Covers
During the Warranty Period, if a covered defect arises, we will — at our discretion and at no cost to you — do one of the following:
- Repair the product using genuine parts;
- Replace the affected component (Former, Liners, or Cutter) or the complete product with the same or comparable model; or
- Refund the original purchase price if repair or replacement is not reasonably possible.
3. What This Warranty Does Not Cover
Frost Form is built to endure years of real-world use when reasonably cared for. This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper storage;
- Damage from exposure to harsh chemicals, solvents, or cleaning agents not recommended in our care guide;
- Normal cosmetic wear such as minor scratches, scuffs, patina, or fading;
- Damage caused by unauthorized modification, repair, or disassembly;
- Damage caused by fire, flood, extreme temperatures, or prolonged direct sunlight;
- Products with a removed, altered, or illegible serial number or batch code;
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the product.
4. Caring for Your Frost Form
To keep your Frost Form performing at its best for the full life of the warranty (and well beyond), please follow the care instructions included with your product and available at frostform.com/care. In short: hand-wash with mild detergent, avoid abrasive scrubbers and harsh solvents, keep the product out of prolonged direct sunlight, and store in a dry place. Proper care is a condition of this warranty.
5. How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you believe your product has a defect covered by this warranty, please email us within the Warranty Period at info@frostform.com.
When contacting us, please include:
- Your name, shipping address, and contact information;
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt);
- A description of the issue, along with photos or a short video demonstrating the defect.
We aim to respond within [3–5] business days with next steps, including return instructions if a return is required. Please do not ship products to us without first contacting us.
6. Replacements and Shipping
If a defect is covered by this warranty and confirmed to be a manufacturing fault, we will send a replacement free of charge, including all shipping costs. Products returned without prior authorisation from Frost Form, or outside the Warranty Period, may be refused or returned at the customer’s expense.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability under this Limited Warranty is limited to the original purchase price of the product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or loss of use, arising out of or related to the product.
8. No Other Warranties
Except as expressly stated in this Limited Warranty, Frost Form makes no other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, beyond the duration of this 10-Year Limited Warranty. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
9. Your Consumer Rights
This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights that vary by state, province, or country. Nothing in this warranty limits any statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived or excluded under applicable law.
10. Governing Law
This Limited Warranty is governed by the laws of Ireland, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
