I’m in the US. Would Ghirardelli white chocolate work for the butter ganache?
i would love to know if you have a conversion chart for other measurements – for example, if i have a 6" cake but it’s only 5 inches tall, or if it’s slightly taller at 9 inches?
Every time I make this the ganache is thick and grainy. Can this be fixed?
What would be the best white chocolate I could use in Australia please 🙏
