Homemade Ice Cream Cake Recipe
Ingredients:
- 300g Condensed Milk
- 375g Whipping Cream
- 1 tsp Flavoring of your choice (Vanilla, Strawberry, Mint, etc.)
- Color Bomb or any water-based food coloring (optional)
- Optional Mix-Ins: Chocolate chips, chopped chocolate bars, caramel swirl, or raspberry sauce.
Instructions:

Prepare the Frost Form: Set up your Frost Form by fitting the liner around the removable base. Ensure the base liner is inside and ready to be filled with your ice cream mixture.

Whisk Ingredients: In a stand mixer, combine the condensed milk, whipping cream, and your chosen flavoring. Whisk until stiff peaks form. Alternatively, you can use an electric hand whisk. Before mixing add in your optional colouring and flavourings. Once at stiff peaks you can add in your optional Chocolate chips, chopped chocolate bars, caramel swirl, or raspberry sauce.

Fill and Freeze: Pour the ice cream mixture into your Frost Form. Layer in sponge cake or different ice cream flavours for some extra texture and fun. Cover with cling film and freeze for at least 6 hours, or preferably overnight, until fully set.

Unmold the Ice Cream Cake: Once set, place your Frost Form onto a tall, stable object (such as a tin of beans) and gently pull down the Former. Peel off the liner to reveal your delicious ice cream cake.

Serve: Let your ice cream cake soften for about 10-30 minutes before slicing and serving.
