Cake Cream - Chocolate - 400g

Chocolate Cake Cream will not whip to create Meringues or macarons etc. But makes a fantastic Butterceam and also works in other recipes such as sponges etc. 

INGREDIENTS 

Sugar, Egg White, Cocoa powder, Acidulant: Citric Acid, Carriers (Maltodextrin & Gum Arabic) ALLERGENS IN BOLD.

Suitable for vegetarians and is dairy Free ( Please add dairy free butter to the mix if you are catering for dairy allergens).
May contain traces of nuts.
Made in a factory that contain Sulphites, Celery, Gluten and Dairy products. Contains Egg.
